By ordering and purchasing merchandise from Isabel Candle Co., you affirm that you are of legal age to purchase this merchandise and that it can be legally purchased and owned by you in your state, county, and/or city of residence.

Furthermore, by purchasing and using our products, you agree to indemnify and hold Isabel Candle Co. harmless from any liability for incidental or consequential damages, any third-party claims for damages against their property, and from any liability arising out of the application or use of any product. Additionally, Isabel Candle Co. shall not be responsible for any damage that may occur due to the misuse of its products or any incidents related directly or indirectly to candle burning.
